  • How to order?

    • "Order"

      Go to "Order". The easiest way is to click on the shopping cart.

    • "Sign in"

      This step should appear if you'r not logged in. You can choose to sign-in with your account, create new one or shop as a guest.

    • "Address"

      From the drop down menu choose one of the predefined delivery addresses, or add new one by pressing <ADD A NEW ADDRESS>.  

    • "Delivery"

      Select the carrier that best fits you needs. To proceed you have to accept our "Terms and Conditions of Use".

    • "Payment"

      If the carrier does not provide "Cash on Delivery" service or you don't want to use it, here you can choose between Bank Transfer and Credit Card Payment.

    • "Confirmation"

      If everything is OK with the payment here you'l see your order details and refference number. A e-mail with the same information will be send to your mail box.

  • How can I change something in my order?

    If you need to change something your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We offer the following payment methods: "Cash on Delivery", "Bank Transfer" and "Credit or Debit Payment". We accept Visa and MasterCard.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once payment is confirmed you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

  • Can I return an item?

    Yes, you can. Please visit our "Therms and Condition of Use" page for more information.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Delivery times will depend on your location and the carrier chosen. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged and handed over. Delivery for Bulgaria can be expected within 2-4 business days and for EU countries 10-15 days.

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.

  • Do you offer a loyalty programm?

    Yes we do. Bonus points depend on the turnover ammount

  • Does it matter that I am a member of the Fishing Club "Old Otters"?

    Of course! Club members also enjoy benefits.

  • I lost my password. Will you ressend it back to me?

    No. We don't have access to your password. Please use "Forgot your Password?" link in the Registration page.

  • I forgot my registration e-mail address. Can you ressend it to my new mail box?

    No way! Please create a new account.
